Tai Chi 1 - Loch Arbour - Interlaken

Eight Fridays,  7:30 AM to 8:45 AM beginning July 7, 2023

In this class, we practice fundamental Yi Jin Jing Qigong exercises as well as the first chapter of the Tai Chi form.  This class meets indoors, with masks, in Loch Arbour. Everyone is welcome! Book a class.
